Research Abstract

本研究では、高精度伝熱制御技術を用いた治療ついて検討を行うとともに、その技術確立を図った。高精度皮膚凍結手術用冷却装置を開発し、動物実験により到達温度と細胞壊死との関係を定量的に評価した。また、微小領域凍結手術に向けた微小クライオプロ-ブを開発し、脳機能マッピングを高精度に行うための脳冷却マッピング法を提案した。
温熱療法においては、臨床現場における安全性を確保し、効率的に治療を行うことを目指し、接触型加熱円盤装置、ふく射加熱装置の二種類の治療装置を開発しその評価を行った。
