Research Abstract

磁性ナノ粒子(スピンナノクラスター)の高周波電子部品材料への応用を念頭に、磁性材料をナノサイズ化して発現する超常磁性の磁気共鳴周波数および透磁率について理論的・実験的に検証を行った。結果として、190emu/gの高飽和磁化を有するFeスピンナノクラスターの合成ならびに3nm~12nmの粒径制御に成功した。また、超常磁性スピンナノクラスターは熱磁界を有効磁気異方性磁界としたGHz帯域駆動が可能であることを実証した。
