Research Abstract |
超伝導テラヘルツカメラの極低温電子回路として、ガリウム砒素半導体の接合型電界効果トランジスタ(GaAs-JFET)を用いた極低温で動作する集積回路を開発した。GaAs-JFET極低温電子回路は、積分型アンプ、マルチプレクサ、およびシフトレジスタの各集積回路から構成され、32チャンネルのマルチチップモジュールを構成することで、1000素子規模の超伝導テラヘルツカメラの読み出しに用いることができる。
