Research Abstract

FRP廃船から排出されるFRP破材を廃棄処理する方法として、FRP破材を粉体化し、使用済み農業用ポリエチレンシートをバインダーとして固化した非粉塵飛散型セメント焼成用リサイクル製品を製造する技術を開発した。本手法では、湿式処理により粉塵の発生・飛散を防止し、水上に浮いたウレタンフォームを除去して塩素濃度を低減する。セメント工場においてセメント焼成実証試験を行い、本リサイクル製品の有効性を確認した。
