Research Abstract

内部寄生バチが寄生時に寄主体内に注入するポリドナウイルスと毒液の作用によりホストの血球及び脂肪体が特に影響を受ける。脂肪体は、ホストにダメージを与えずに養分を摂取するために使われるものと考えて研究をしてきたが、寄生初期から変化していることなどから、細胞性免疫との関連性を考えっいた。特に脂肪体細胞の働きに着目し、細胞性免疫を担う血球細胞との関わりを解明した。脂肪体に含まれている細胞が包囲作用に加わるなどの可能性が今回の研究から示された。
