Research Abstract

データマイニング技術を領域オントロジー構築支援に援用して, 領域オントロジーを構築し, 電力会社における停止調整業務というスケジューリング業務における知識マネジメントに適用した。OJTによる知識継承者とオントロジーを独習した知識継承者を比較した所、後者は前者の1/4程度で知識を継承し、スケジューリング問題を解かせた所、正答率が92%と88%となり、数%程度の差異であったので、本知識マネジメントは機能したといえる。
