Research Abstract |
GABAは、グルタミン酸脱炭酸酵素(GAD65とGAD67の2型存在)により合成される。出生日以降のGAD67分子の役割を明らかにする目的でGAD67誘導型ノックアウトマウスの作製を目指し、テトラサイクリントランスアクチベーターシステムについて検討し、GAD67-tTA2ノックインマウスを作製した。また、小脳皮質特異的GAD67ノックアウトマウス、GAD67とGAD65の完全型ノックアウトマウスについて解析した
