| Research Abstract |
電気歯髄診断法に変わって、歯の生死のみならず歯髄の健康状態をも診断できる非侵襲的で客観的な新しい透過型光電脈波法による診断装置を開発するために、抜去歯モデルおよび被験者の歯で光学的な基礎研究を行った。4波長の発光ダイオード(LED)を使用して測定した歯および歯髄血の透過光強度や歯髄脈波振幅の変化から、血液の定量測定や酸素飽和度測定などを予測でき患者の歯髄診断に応用できる可能性が示唆された。
