Research Abstract

超磁歪振動子を用いて浅層地中内に時間的に周波数を変化させたチャープ波を発生させ、受振波形にパルス圧縮法を適用することで分解能の飛躍的改善を図った。最初にシミュレーションにより期待される分解能の検討を行なった後、実際に屋外で確認実験を行なってシミュレーションと同等の分解能が得られることを確認した。従来のハンマー法による分解能約50cmと比較すると約半分以下の約20cmの分解能を実現することが出来た。
