Research Abstract

バイオレメディエーション技術を新たに展開させるために必要とされる「浄化作業期間の正確な推定技術の開発」及び「浄化能力の向上化」に取り組むため、本研究では、新たな解析手法であるSIP (stable isotope probing) 法を用いて、土壌地下水汚染物質であるテトラクロロエチレン等の揮発性有機塩素化合物及び油の分解を担う機能微生物を検索・同定し、それらの挙動を把握する技術を開発した。また、分解微生物ネットワークの一端を解明した。
