Research Abstract

立体構造をデザインした種々のペプチド配列を同時合成し、デバイス配置可能な最新技術であるペプチドライブラリ手法を駆使し、種々のタンパク質を機能的特徴により解析することが可能なプロテイン検出チップ(デザインペプチドチップ)の開発を行った。デザインペプチドライブラリ構築、ドライペプチドアレイ構築、デザインペプチドアレイのデータの処理、および金基板を利用する新規ラベルフリー解析において成果をあげた。
