Research Abstract

本研究の目的は日本のハイテクベンチャーの活性化のための課題(人材調達、知的財産権の役割、利益相反)を明確にすることである。3カ年にわたるプロジェクトにおいて20社以上のベンチャー企業、20社以上の大手企業に対するインタビュー調査・分析を行ない、年数回の学会報告のほか、研究成果の一部を論文として複数出版するなど上記3側面の課題について政策的提言を行なった。
