| Research Abstract |
About the French Code of Civil Procedure, there are a lot of reforms after its original Code 1975. Some of them are influenced by EU legislation. We examined there contents and translated into Japanese, especially its volumes 3 "Dispositions particulieres a certaines matieres" and 4 "L'arbitrage", comparing with Japanese civil procedure.
