Research Abstract

マクロ経済変数と株式収益率のクロスセクションのパターンの関係について、消費/資産比率を用いたモデルをテストしたが、日本のデータに関するパフォーマンスは芳しいものではなかった。その理由について検討した結果、90年代末以降、消費/資産比率に不安定性が生じていることがわかった。これは現象的には家計貯蓄率の低下と密接な関連があり、高齢化の進展によって、所得と消費の相関が大きく低下していることに起因することが分かった。
