Research Abstract

本研究では、倒産したり産業再生機構等から支援をうけた企業の破綻に至る過程に内在するリスクを分析した。
なお、また分析に際しては定量的データ(財務データ)を用いるだけでなく定性的データも用いて分析を行った。その結果、配当政策や留保利益を説明する文章に経営悪化企業と、再生可能性の高い企業では、表現の違いが顕著であることが判明した。そこで、さらに同時期に倒産した上場企業について、有価証券報告書の配当政策を記述している文章について同様の分析を行った。その結果、再生可能性の高い企業は留保の確保の重要性を述べ、かつ将来プランが明確となっていることが明らかとなった。
