Research Abstract

リスクを管理する組織への信頼は何によって決まるのかを検討してきた。取り上げた主な信頼規定因は能力認知、誠実さ(動機付づけ)認知、および、主要価値類似性認知であった。調査からほぼ共通して得られた結果として、主要価値類似性認知の信頼説明力が一般的に高いが、問題となるリスクへの関心が低い場合は、誠実さ認知の役割が大きくなることが明らかにされた。また、リスク管理の専門家がもっとも重視する能力認知に関しては、様々な状況を通じて、信頼を導く力はあまり強くないことが示唆された。
