Research Abstract

共同注意を軸とした社会的認知の定型発達過程と発達障害の初期兆候を解明するために大規模標本によるコホート研究を行った。現行のスクリーニングテストでは生後18か月で自閉症を検出できるが、高機能自閉症の識別力が低いことが明らかとなった。早期発見後のフォローアップとして実施した多職種による多段階の発達支援活動は就学までの移行支援に有効であり、地域支援のモデルを提案することができた。
