Research Abstract

2層系ν=1量子ホール状態は, 2次元空間の特殊性から単独電子がボーズ凝縮した状態と考えることができる. 従って超伝導におけるジョセフソン効果に類似する現象が期待でき, その現象を捉えることは量子ホール状態がボーズ凝縮状態であることを検証することになる. 我々は2層系ν=1量子ホール状態における新しい状態の面内磁場に対する伝導特性の異方性測定を行い, 擬スピン・ソリトン格子相であることを明らかにし, 量子ホール状態がボーズ凝縮状態であることを検証した.
