Research Abstract

本研究では、低バイアスSTMとSTS実験から、Bi系高温超伝導体における非分散性の2次元電荷秩序の性質と擬ギャップ及び超伝導ギャップとの関連性を詳細に調べた。その結果、アンタイノード領域の電子が関与する2次元電荷秩序が空間的に不均一な擬ギャップの起源であること、また、擬ギャップ領域にある試料では、ノード付近の電子(ホール)対ギャップが超伝導のエネルギースケールを決めていることを見出した。
