Research Abstract

半導体構造中での電子スピンの緩和現象を記述するための新たな量子統計力学的手法を構築した。これとともに、環境世界の影響下にあるスピンの安定性を制御するためのパルス制御法についての研究を行いその有効性を調べた。さらに、ナノシステムを分析する上で重要な役割を果たしている複素アドミッタンスについて新たな表式を得た。
