Research Abstract

ファブリック型電極、という全く新規の電極概念の提案、実際の作成法の考案、それによる大気圧プラズマ生成、ならびにその種々の応用分野の開拓を行った.1次元から3次元構造の、自由なそして柔軟な形態をとる大気圧プラズマ生成用電極が実現可能なことを実証し、プラズマ生成電圧の低下の実現ならびに電子密度の診断に成功した.応用としては、透明導電膜(ITO)の仕事関数制御に成功すると同時に、電気分解による気泡生成と組み合わせた液中プラズマ生成に成功した.
