Research Abstract |
脂質膜は、生体組織の「内」と「外」を分け、呼吸・栄養補給・代謝に必要な物質の輸送と分配を司る.本研究では、生体膜およびモデル膜における物質透過・分布の非侵襲的なその場測定の方法論を確立した.動的多核NMR 法によって物質の捕獲・透過のダイナミクスを実時間で計測し、コレステロールの膜内および溶液中での溶存状態を明らかにした.
