Research Abstract

ここで用いたナノ電極は、ナノメートルの電極活性部が溶液中に露出するよう、膜で被覆した電極である。走査型電気化学顕微鏡(SECM)では、測定基盤と端子との間に流れるファラデー電流を測定する。この研究では、2つの特徴を活かす電極作製技術を開発し、電流の測定法およびその解析法に挑戦した。ガラス被覆ナノ電極の作製に成功し、繰り返し使用が可能となり、原子像を測定可能な走査型トンネル顕微鏡にも利用できることを示した。
