Research Abstract

パルスレーザー照射にともなって急激に加熱された固体表面は原子やイオンを放出する.放出種の原子発光スペクトルを測定することにより表面元素分析が可能である.液体中に浸漬されている固体表面についても, 液から取り出すことなく解析可能なスペクトルが得られる方法を発見した.本研究ではこの方法を利用し, 電気化学プロセスで電解液に浸漬されている電極表面のその場元素分析を可能にするための基礎研究を行って成果を得た.
