Research Abstract

分子発光のプラズモン増強効果を利用して金属フタロシアニン分子からのトンネル電流誘起発光分析を行った。その結果、Cuフタロシアンでは、過去に報告されていない蛍光を実験的に始めて観測し、プラズモン増強の効果を実証した。また、見かけ上エネルギー保存則を満たさない発光を捕らえるという不思議な現象を確認した。この解釈として、3重項-3重項消滅による複数分子間でのエネルギー異動機構を導入した。一方、金微粒子を含んだ有機EL素子を構築したところ、金微粒子なしの場合に比べて5~80倍の発光強度増加を確認した
