Research Abstract

加齢黄斑変性による眼底変化を極初期で発見するための非侵襲眼底画像化手法の開発を行った。プロジェクト初期では、従来実現に成功されていなかった1um の波長帯域をプローブとして用いた眼底三次元断層画像化装置の開発を行った。この装置は臨床プロトタイプの開発が完了し、現在大阪大学病院において臨床試験が開始されている。さらに、本装置で得られた3次元画像をフーリエ得解析することにより眼底の深さ分解分光情報を得るための手法開発を行った。本アルゴリズムは初期開発段階ではあるものの、現時点で酸化・還元ヘモグロビンによる光吸収の情報の情報をある程度抽出することが可能である。
