Research Abstract

ゾーンプレートを2枚用いて同軸で干渉させる新しいタイプのX線干渉顕微鏡の開発を放射光施設SPring・8BL20XUにてエネルギー8～10keVのX線を用いて行った。分解能評価では、0.2μm線幅まで分解させることができた。また、位相検出感度はλ/62と見積もられた。フリンジスキャンを用いた位相トモグラフィーシステムを構築し、ドライ及び凍結生物試料の3次元位相再構成に成功した。
