| Research Abstract |
FZシリコン単結晶は10^<-8>台の完全性があるといわれ,それを利用してX線回折用の光学素子や,アボガドロ定数などの基礎物理定数を精密に測定する研究などに用いられる。そのために大面積にわたって,単結晶の均一性を1x10^<-9>程度の分解能で評価することが求められている。本研究では, 2x10^<-9>程度の分解能で4インチ径のFZシリコン結晶に対して格子面間隔をマッピング測定するシステムを構築した。このシステムによって,大面積の結晶格子の均一性,結晶表面の加工ひずみに対するマッピング評価手法を確立した。実際にこのシステムを利用して,アボガドロ定数を決定するための^<28>Siエンリッチしたシリコン単結晶の格子の均一性,結晶格子の熱膨張を計測した。
