Research Abstract

滑りに起因する事故等の抑制を目指し, 床や手すりに微細凹凸構造を設けることで乾湿状態によらず摩擦を一定に保つための指針を検討した. 人の踏込み動作を模擬した実験を行い, 適切な設計によって水や油が介在する条件でも滑りにくい表面が得られることを明らかにした. さらに, 手すりの把持のように接触後に往復摺動する動作も検討し, 官能試験とも合わせたところ, 痛点間隔よりも小さい300ミクロン程度の間隔で構造を設けた場合に, 痛みが小さく, かつ滑りにくくできることがわかった.
