Research Abstract

ギヤノイズは歯車歯面の微細な形状に支配されるため、騒音低減のためには歯車の超高精度な品質管理が必要となる。しかし、品質管理の根幹となる原器の精度は、現在のところ1um 程度しかない。このような状況を鑑み、本研究では、歯車歯面形状測定機の測定機能を数百nm レベルで精度保証するための検定・校正用ナノ精度原器を開発する。原器による歯車歯面形状測定機のナノ精度検定・校正法を開発し、検証実験によりその有効性を確認した。
