Research Abstract

本研究では生体組織の凍結損傷に関する知見を得ることを目的として, 凍結解凍実験および凍結損傷の主要因の一つである電解質濃度上昇に細胞を暴露する浸透圧付与実験を行った. そして, 同じ種類の細胞を試料とした二つのモデル, すなわち基板上に付着伸展した培養細胞と単離して溶液中に浮遊した状態の細胞を用いて実験を行い, 細胞形態の影響を検討した. その結果, 周囲溶液の濃度上昇に伴う脱水収縮特性および凍結解凍後の生存率には有意な差がないこと, および, 培養細胞の個数密度が高く細胞間の接着が顕著になると凍結後の生存率が高くなることが明らかになった.
