Research Abstract

細胞内凍結を伴わない細胞外凍結条件における細胞の損傷・死滅に関して、凍結過程の要素現象として高張電解質水溶液中の細胞の生存率に対する温度(低温)、電解質濃度、暴露時間の影響を実験的に調べると共に、細胞外凍結条件での細胞の生存率を測定し、両特性を比較・検討することにより、その複合性を明らかにした。さらに、各実験結果の現象論的検討に基づいて、細胞の損傷・死滅を反応速度論的に記述する数学モデルを構築した。
