Research Abstract

応力印加時、温度変化時、回転磁界下の磁気特性の測定を行い、約50MPa以下では圧縮応力によって透磁率と鉄損が大きく変化することを明らかにした。また、約2T近くでの回転鉄損の振る舞いを解明できた。このような実機の状態での磁気特性を考慮して, 永久磁石モータの鉄損を精度良く算定する有限要素解析手法を開発するとともに, 実機に適用して実測値と解析値の比較を行った
