Research Abstract |
大面積で曲がる電子回路やディスプレイ、その電源を実現するため、有機物、無機物の長所を併せ持った有機・無機ハイブリッド材料およびそれよりなる電子デバイスの特性を吟味した。大面積で曲がる電子回路などを実現する学問分野をフレキシブルエレクトロニクスといい、将来、大きな市場を形成する分野である。フレキシブルエレクトロニクスで重要となる電子デバイスには、電界効果トランジスタ、有機発光ダイオード、有機太陽電池などがあり、本研究ではこれらデバイスのための有機・無機ハイブリッド材料の有用性を示した。
