Research Abstract

薄層の弾性特性を評価する技術を拡張して、基板上の薄膜の弾性特性を評価する方法について検討した。また、ダイヤモンド薄膜を用いたSAWデバイスの特性向上には、ダイヤモンド薄膜、ZnO圧電薄膜、SiO_2薄膜の音響特性の評価が不可欠である。それぞれについて、超音波マイクロスペクトロスコピー技術を基礎として、音響特性を評価する方法を検討し、実際にその評価を行った。
