Research Abstract

光学的フィルタを必要とせず, CMOSプロセスにより製作できるフィルタレススペクトルイメージセンサを製作し, バイオチップへの応用をおこなった. フィルタレススペクトルの分解能を向上させるためにデバイス構造の最適化を行った結果, バイオチップで広く用いられているFITCを63nMまで検出でき, さらにDNAのハイブリダイゼーションを16nMまで検出できることを確かめた.
