Research Abstract

圧子力学研究分野において長年の「夢」であった圧子接触面積の直接計測を可能とする顕微インデンターを開発し, ミクロ・ナノ領域における力学物性の定量計測・評価を実現し, さらに圧子力学の学問としての体系化を試みた。この計測システムを用い, 無機/有機ハイブリッド膜の弾塑性/粘弾性の定量評価を行い, マイクロレンズアレイ作製等で重要な技術要素となるマイクロパターニング技術への重要な知見を得た。
