Research Abstract

L1_2相(Ni_3Al)とD0_<22>相(Ni_3V)とが2重に複相共存し、かつ、整合性の良い微細組織を形成する複相金属間化合物合金を見出し, 高温材料として優れた特性を発現する基本成分と組織を創製した。本複相金属間化合物合金の組織形成機構, 高温強度特性, 耐環境特性についての研究を行い、先進超合金に匹敵する高温力学特性さらには耐環境特性を発現することを観察した。また、これら優れた高温特性に基づき、幾つかの耐熱部材・部品のプロトタイプ製造を企業との連携により行い, 次世代型耐熱熱材料開発の道筋を切り拓いた。
