Research Abstract

電解析出法を利用して、高強度ナノ結晶Ni-W合金を作製し、その熱安定性と機械的特性をしらべた。また、高強度難加工性のナノ結晶合金は、比較的低温度領域で粒界すべりによるクリープ変形を生ずることから、これら合金の精密成型加工技術の開発を試みた
