Research Abstract

メチル基含有マクロポーラスシリカモノリスの調製とリパーゼを含むブチル基含有シリカによる内部表面塗布からなる2段階ゾルーゲル法を利用して、リパーゼ固定化シリカモノリスを装填した高効率マイクロバイオリアクターを開発した。有機溶媒中のグリシドールと酪酸ビニルのエステル交換に対する流通操作において、本固定化リパーゼは単なるシリカモノリス付着リパーゼより約10倍高い活性を示した。このモノリスバイオリアクターに市販のキラルカラムを直列に結合し、基質溶液のパルス供給を行ったところ、ラセミ体エステルの光学分割が達成できることがわかった。また、一本のモノリスカラムにリパーゼとキラル分離剤を共固定化することにより、エステル合成と光学分割が同時進行する反応・分離一体型システム構築の可能性について検討した。
