| Research Abstract |
化合物半導体InSb結晶を垂直ブリッジマン法及びゾーンメルト法で育成した.また, 結晶の電気特性測定を行った.垂直ブリッジマン法で製作した結晶は, 比抵抗値が高い値を示したが, X 線回折測定によりこれは結晶性が悪いためである事が分かった.一方, ゾーンメルト法で育成した結晶は, 比抵抗値, Hall 移動度ともに, 市販品程度の性質を示した.しかし, 結晶性に関しては, 市販品よりも劣っていた.これまでの成果を生かす事で, 今後, より高い性能を持つInSb 結晶の育成が見込まれる.そのInSb 結晶を用いた光子検出器を医療診断に応用する
