Research Abstract

酵母の26Sプロテアソームの調節因子(RP)はリッドとベースという二つの複合体からなる。これまで,我々は、これらの複合体を構成するサブユニット遺伝子に関する温度感受性変異体を分離・集積してきた。今回、リッド、および、ベースの変異体を生化学的および細胞生物学的な方法で解析し、これらの複合体が互いに独立に形成され核内に移送され、RPが形成されることを明らかにした。26Sプロテアソーム研究の新奇材料として、高温で飼育可能なカビAspergillusu fumigatusの26Sプロテアソームの精製法を確立し,サブユニット構成を明らかにした。
