Research Abstract |
イモリ精巣と生後マウス精巣の培養系を用いてneuregulin(NRG)1やretinoic acid(RA)の減数分裂開始に対する作用を解析した。NRG1やRAはイモリやマウス精原細胞の増殖を直接促進する一方、セルトリ細胞を介して間接的に減数分裂を開始させること、NRG1はRAの下流で働くことが分かった。またプロラクチンによるイモリ精原細胞のアポトーシス誘起機構は、RNA結合タンパク質を介することによる。
