Research Abstract

富栄養化湖沼水を用いた野菜生産では、湖水中の栄養塩濃度は極めて低く、植物が吸収する養分の大半は懸濁物質SSに由来することが明らかになった。また、SSは一定量以上に根圏に捕捉されても植物の収量は上限以上にはならないことが分かった。SSには有機体の窒素が多く含まれるが、直接園芸培地化するには不適当なため、堆肥化し養分を無機化することが効果的と考えられた。
