Research Abstract |
ダイズの根粒生長と窒素固定活性の急速かつ可逆的な阻害が、アンモニア、尿素、グルタミンを培養液に投与した場合にも硝酸と同様に認められた。窒素化合物による根粒生長阻害は、^<13>Cと^<15>Nを用いた実験から光合成産物の根粒への移動低下が原因であると推定された。初生葉の葉柄から各種化合物を投与する実験で、グルタミンを投与したときに顕著な根粒形成の抑制が認められたことから、グルタミンが制御シグナルである可能性が示唆された。
