Research Abstract

アカネズミにおけるダイオキシン汚染の影響は、個体レベルではダイオキシンによる毒性発現が認められ、精子数の減少など繁殖機能の低下が起きていることが明らかとなった.一方、ダイオキシン汚染に有利なダイオキシン受容体のアリルを同定し、その頻度を指標とした個体群レベルでの評価を行ったところ、汚染範囲が小規模で周辺からの個体の移出入が頻繁に行われることにより、有利なアリルが集団に固定できないことが明らかになった.
