Research Abstract

新規な発光レポーター系を開発し、高速・高密度な遺伝子発現モニタリング系を確立し、それらを導入したシロイヌナズナに変異導入を行い、キャップ非依存的な翻訳活性に変動が見られる変異体を単離して、その原因遺伝子の同定を試みた。また、マルチウェルプレート中のシロイヌナズナ芽生えに対して化合物を処理する方法で、新規化合物を選抜する手法を開発し、化合物ライブラリー等のスクリーニングに応用可能であることを示した。
