Research Abstract

PET(positron emission tomography)による画像診断は, 短半減期放射性核種を使用するため, サイクロトロン施設の併設を必用とする。我々は, サイクロトロンを使わない^(68)Gaの製法である^(68)Ge/^(68)Gaジェネレータシステムの構築を目的に, 物理的構造特性の異なる有機高分子母体に, N-メチルグルカミン(MG)を導入した^(68)Ge吸着剤を合成し, 高分子母体がジェネレータの性能に与える影響と, ジェネレータから得られた^(68)GaのPET用薬剤調製への適用について検討した。
