Research Abstract

膜タンパク質の同定や部位解析に有効な光アフィニティーラベル法を利用し、脱着・切断型光クロスリンカーとそれに準じた精製固相の機能化を図ることでサブピコモルレベルのラベルタンパク質やフラグメントの選択的精製を達成し、最終的にon chip精製システムを構築して煩雑な精製操作を著しく簡便にした。結果、結合タンパク質の捕捉から消化、精製に至る過程を1日から数日で終了可能な技術レベルを達成した。
