Research Abstract |
細胞分裂期の染色体分配など複雑な物理的ストレスをがん細胞が回避する機構を解明する端緒として,様々なストレスに反応する転写因子であるp53 およびその下流の実働分子であるp21/WAF1 が細胞分裂期にAurora によりリン酸化され,それらの機能が細胞分裂期特異的に不活性化されていることを見出した。
